About ViaTalk Soft Phone Access
Soft Phone Access allows you to run a program on your computer that allows you to use your desktop or laptop as a telephone.
To Configure & Use Soft Phone Access:
- Log into your web based control panel and click the 'SoftPhone Configuration' icon to review your SoftPhone credentials.
