viatalk phone features - Business Class Support
The following service is available with all ViaTalk service plans
for an additional charge of $1.95/mo. ViaTalk is re-writing the
rules for phone service flexibility and ease of use.
ViaTalk Business Class Support is a $1.95/month upgrade
that provides you with direct access to the viatalk customer service
team via both the phone and the web without having to wait in any
call or ticket queues along the way.
To Configure & Use Business Class Support:
1. Select the 'Business Class Support' button on your control panel,
and add the service to your account.
2. To use Business Class ticket support, submit your Business Class Support
ticket via your control panel.
3. To use Business Class phone support, call 1-866-626-7150 and select
option 2, then option 4.
