About ViaTalk Do Not Disturb

Never be interrupted while you're sleeping or during your favorite TV show again! ViaTalk allows you to set, on a daily basis, blackout periods where you can select for calls to either get a busy signal, a recorded message, or go directly to voicemail.

To Configure & Use Do Not Disturb:

1. Login to your web based account administration page.
2. Select the 'Do Not Disturb' button.
