The following service is included with all ViaTalk service plans free of charge. ViaTalk is re-writing the rules for phone service flexibility and ease of use.

About -ViaTalk CID Privacy Exception List- [return to feature list]

This feature allows you to block your outgoing caller ID information, while providing a list of important numbers to which this information will still be passed.

To Configure & Use CID Privacy Exception List:

1. Login to your web based control panel, and select the 'Call Privacy' option.
2. Enter the desired numbers into the 'Outbound Caller ID Exception List'.
